A very compact gimbal with a clamp for your phone. Depending on the model, that clamp is either fixed or attached magnetically. I bought the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 a few years ago. It still works very well with my iPhone 11 with the DJI Mimo app on it.

Like the RS3 Pro, the second gimbal with camera in my kit is also made by DJI. This setup is only smaller, much smaller and lightweight. But this small kit offers more than the RS3 Pro with my A7RIV in a number of ways. The footage I can capture with that camera is in 4K with a maximum frame rate of 30 frames per second. Only the A7SIII, the A7 4 and its successor A7RV can handle higher frame-rates. The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 passes the competition with 4K 120 fps and that in 10 bit LOG for a price well below that of the RS3 Pro.

For the 2024 season, I am using several cameras to capture photo and video footage. In the past I have used mechanical stabilizers, but it was not a success. This also has to do with the different brands and sizes of cameras. For the larger cameras, I now use the DJI RS3 Pro.
